To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
A few types of goods are exempt from being returned.
There are NO RETURNS/REFUNDS for any merchandise purchased from our store (UNLESS the wrong size is shipped out from what the customer initially orders) PROOFREAD your order(s)!
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO 89% RESTOCKING FEE.

If any delivery is refused, unable to be safely delivered or returned to sender after being sent to the ADDRESS TYPED BY THE CUSTOMER, Buyer and/or customers forfeit all monies transferred agreed upon at time of purchases
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 120-480 hours. You will receive an email confirming the refund being remitted to you. All purchases, customers, patrons willfully adhere to ALL policies at times of order.

2 DAY SHIPPING
ALL RETURNS (That are not due to mistake of Kick Cobain ie: incorrect Size / Style ) ARE SUBJECT TO 70% RESTOCKING FEE. Even if you are experiencing "Buyer's Remorse and call your bank to file a chargeback as if YOU DID NOT ORDER THE MERCHANDISE.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time (sometimes up to 30 days) before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless tracking information is provided to us.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
